We are thrilled to announce our headliner for the Main Stage:

 LANCE has created a huge buzz across the country in an amazingly short period of time, playing everywhere from intimate club settings to 25,000 seat arenas. LANCE has taken his songs from sea to shinning sea and around the world. He has played in 46 states and 7 countries. Inspired by the need to give back to the men and women who fight for their freedom Lance has played over 67 shows just for the troops.  RISE & SHINE is Lance's first full length album. Each song tells a passionate story about a life experience, dream or desire. The songs that Lance has written for this project feel like they have been ripped out of his heart and sung from the depths of his soul.

Because of his generous spirit, LANCE has given a wonderful "Christmas gift of Music" to our community. Georgetown will experience his music, from 2:50 to 4:30pm on the Main Stage at the Christmas Stroll. Be sure and join us for this headline perfromance.

We are looking for volunteers!

The Christmas STROLL of Georgetown is a 30 year tradition
that is funded and supported by sponsorships from
Georgetown businesses and our local Georgetown churches. In the past 5 years,
the Christmas STROLL has been taken to a new level with the additions of
NewChurch's "Who-ville" and Church of the Nazarene's "Bethlehem Village";
both activities are FREE for the community to enjoy.

We need your help to transform our downtown into a miraculous winter adventure for children and the young at heart that want to capture the Christmas spirit. We invite you to support this 30 year tradition that reaches 30,000 attendees.

It came without ribbons. It came without tags.
It came without packages, boxes or bags.
And he puzzled and puzzled ’till his puzzler was sore.
Then the Grinch thought of something he hadn’t before.
"What if Christmas," he thought, "doesn’t come from a store?
What if Christmas, perhaps, means a little bit more?"
- excerpt from "How the Grinch Stole Christmas" by Dr. Seuss (Theodor Seuss Geisel)
