DESCRIPTION OF YOUR PRODUCT, PLEASE PROVIDE PICTURE OR WEB ADDRESS:
* Your application must be complete with payment in order to be considered for this event and to reserve a booth space.  No Exceptions. There are no refunds once your payment is made and your application is processed.  Please make sure your tent is white to flow with all other tents for this event.  You must have 40 pound weights for each leg of your tent along with the required fire extinguisher. Please make check or money order payable to: Downtown Georgetown Association or DGA and send in a copy if this application or fill out the credit card information below and submit this application. (see below for address to send application and check)

I, understand that I am choosing to participate in the 11th Annual Georgetown Wine & Music Festival at my own risk and hereby release the Downtown Georgetown Association, Williamson County, City of Georgetown and the 11th Annual Georgetown Wine & Music Committee from any liability arising from this special event or the use of City premises for those purposes.  I further agree to hold the above parties harmless, from any accident, incident, injury, death or damage arising from my use of City premises during this event.  Such indemnity shall apply whether the accident, incident, injury, death or damage arise in whole or in part from the negligence of the above parties.  By E-signing and submitting this application I understand and will follow the guidelines for being a vendor at this event. 

I understand that there are no refunds or rain dates once my payment has been processed.
